In Paralimni it was the focus of the Famagusta Province's events for the National Anniversary of March 25, 1821. The events culminated in the Famagusta Provincial Parade which took place along the 1st of April avenue and was attended by schools, National Guard corps, organized ensembles, scouts, unions and Catechetical Congregations.

The parade was greeted by the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works Alexis Vafeadis, the Deputy Minister of Tourism Kostas Koumis, the Mayor of Paralimni Theodoros Pyrillis, the President of the Cyprus Youth Organization Kleanthis Koutsoftas, the Mayor of Deryneia Andros Karagiannis, the Mayor of Ayia Napa Christos Zannetou, the Mayor Sotiras Georgios Takkas, the President of the Community Council of Frenaros Michalis Hatzigiorkas, the President of the Community Council of Acheritos Michalis Kaunas, the Metropolitan of Constantia - Famagusta Vasileios, the MPs of Famagusta Kyriakos Hatzigiannis and Christos Senekis, members of the municipal councils of Paralimni, Famagusta and Akanistos , the Commander of the 7th Motorized Infantry Brigade, the Police Director of Famagusta, the Assistant Station Commander of the Fire Station of Famagusta, the President of the Paralimni School Board Solomos Konstantinou and other officials.

In the parade, the Symphonic Band Harmony of the Municipality of Paralimni, the banners of the Municipalities and Communities of the occupied and free province of Famagusta, the names of the schools of the occupied province of Famagusta, the Lyceum of Paralimni, the Technical and Vocational School of Education and Training of Paralimni, the Gymnasium of Paralimni participated , the High School of Peace and Freedom of Deryneia - Sotiras, the Music High School - Famagusta High School, the Xenion High School Private School, the First Primary School of Paralimni, the Xenion Junior School Private School, the banner of the Makarios III Horticultural Association, the Cultural Workshop "By the Lake" of Paralimni, the Choir "Melizona" of the Municipality of Paralimni, the Cultural Association "Anadysis" of Paralimni, the Greek High School of Famagusta, the Nautical Club of Constantia, the Association of Old Scouts of Paralimni, the Kapparis Swimmer's Association, the Catechetic School of Agios Georgios , the Catechetics of Saint Barbara, the Catechetics of Saint Demetrius, the Catechetics S nyaxes Sotiras, the Band of the Municipality of Ayia Napa and Church of Panagia Agia Napa, the 21st System of Sea Scouts of Paralimni, the 291st System of Air Scouts of Paralimni, the Association of Old Scouts of Deryneia, the 112th System of Sea Scouts of Deryneia, the 270th System of Sea Scouts of Kato Deryneia, the Cultural Club Fotiakos" Frenarous, the Staff and the War Flag of the National Guard, Ulamos with Units of the 7th Motorized Infantry Brigade, Ulamos National Guards and Ulamos Reserve Commandos.

The coordination of the parade was undertaken by the Paralimni High School, while the speaker was the Biologist of the Paralimni High School, Salomi Hatjikonstantinou.
