The Municipality of Paralimni welcomes Christmas with the Christmas Lighting event with the impressive Eleftheria Eleftheriou, on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at 5 pm in Agios Georgios Square in Paralimni.
The program begins with a Christmas parade with the Philharmonic Band "Armonia" of the Municipality of Paralimni and the Cheerleading School of Emilia Salouta.
At 17:30, there will be Christmas songs from the Children's Choir of the Municipality of Paralimni "Aoidon Fones" and at 17:50 the Dancando School of Dance of Andrea Giorgalla will present a dance performance.
The program culminates at 18:30 with the Lighting of the Christmas Tree followed by a concert with Eleftheria Eleftheriou.
There will be a Christmas Market, Activities for children, while the Bubble Show and Steampunk Show for children and adults will be presented in the activities stage.
Admission is free.
Christmas Square in Paralimni throughout the holidays
It should be noted that the Municipality of Paralimni has set up its own "Christmas Square" in Agios Georgios Square this year, which will operate from December 2, 2023 and throughout the holidays. The venue will host events every weekend that will include music, dance and theater performances, while there will be stalls with various food, Christmas decorations and handicrafts.
At the same time, an amusement park has been created in the area where children can spend their hours happily.
