At a speed of 106 kilometers, instead of up to 50 kilometers, a 22-year-old young man was driving a car in a residential area in Paralimni, who was stopped yesterday 18/4/24 at 1230 noon by members of the Famagusta Traffic Police. The members of the police, after stopping him, then subjected the 22-year-old to a drug test with a positive preliminary result.
He was driven in his vehicle to the local Paralimni Police Station, where he gave samples for a final drug test, and was released upon completion of the police tests.
