Regarding the arrival of 101 illegal immigrants yesterday in the free area of Famagusta, the Police proceeded last night, based on a court order, to arrest a 22-year-old person.

The 22-year-old was arrested for the offenses of assisting a third country person for illegal entry into the Republic of Cyprus, assisting a third country person with intent and for profit, illegal entry into the territory of the Republic of Cyprus without the permission of the Director of Population and Immigration United Nations and Transnational Organized Crime and Law Protocols.
