The specific post of the owner in combination with images that flood the social media from bars in other provinces where the spectators seem to have fun standing up, caused the indignation of other businessmen in the area. In fact, a second businessman, who is required to pay a fine of two thousand euros, states in a post: "The easy victims of Protaras. Let's book to go home as you want, gentlemen… ”

It is recalled that the Police issued an extrajudicial fine of 8 thousand euros to the owner of a property in Protaras, which is located on the main avenue of hotels in Protaras, for violating the law on Infection.

Specifically, according to the Police, "inside the premises there were standing customers, who were dancing, something that is prohibited in the context of the measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus."

A total of 24 inspections were carried out in the last 206 hours in the province of Famagusta, from which 10 complaints emerged.

The three complaints were made to premises and the seven to persons, and more specifically to two premises employees, to four customers and to a bus passenger who did not wear a face mask.
