A book may, for its owner, have little interest or no longer have the same importance and usefulness. But on the shelf of the Sotiras Municipal Library is a precious gem.
The Sotiras Municipal Library supports book donations since, thanks to them, its readers have at their disposal a multitude of options to travel through the world of books.
Donors are too many. For this reason, the Municipality of Sotiras, the Mayor of Sotiras and all the Members of the Municipal Council acting on the occasion, express by name, warm thanks both to Metropolitan, Municipal and Community Libraries as well as to authors, organized groups and individuals.
They also express their great satisfaction and joy to all the willing donors who donated books for such a good cause.
Worthy of mention and many thanks to the "Nicosia Pan-Cypriot Volunteer Coordinating Council" which offered a large number of children's fairy tales, in very good condition. The donation of Mrs Kyriaki Taki from her personal library was also important, she donated a valuable collection.
At this point it is worth mentioning that the names of all donors will be posted on the website of the Municipality of Sotiras.
All donations helped the Sotiras Municipal Library to be strengthened with material, which will serve the needs of a large number of citizens, young and old.
