On Friday, September 29, 2023, the 4th Kolokassi Tasting Night took place with great success.
The event, which is part of the Pan-Cypriot Kolokassi Festival and takes place every two years, offered foreign and local visitors to try and enjoy traditional recipes as well as excellent alternative recipes, with Kolokassi Sotiras as a key ingredient.
The purpose of the 4th Kolokasi Tasting Night is to make Kolokasi Sotiras more widely known both by promoting and promoting this local product.
