As part of the 6th Safe Game Week, the National Betting Authority organized on
October 12, 2023, together with the Municipality of Sotiras, Graffiti Street Art and Safe Game.
Graffiti Street Art was embraced by the Elevated Water Tank on Vassili Michaelidis Street, in Sotira.
The artist and painter Mrs. Maria Kofterou was inspired by the octopus that holds dice and cards to trap in its tentacles, the gamblers.
As part of today's action, there was information, promotion and awareness about safe play, with the involvement of young and old attendees and the participation of the Sotiras Youth Center and the Sotiras Catechetical Synagogues.
Also, the goal of using Graffiti art as a medium to promote Safe Gaming and spread messages to protect the public from the consequences of problem gambling was achieved.
