The death of Dr. Despo Stavrou, who passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at the age of 54, in Athens spread grief.
Dr. Despo Stavrou, ophthalmic surgeon, maintained a personal practice in Sotira. He was born in Famagusta and studied at the Medical School of the University of Patras from where he graduated in 1993.
The funeral will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 10 am from the Holy Church of Agios Nikolaos Limassol.
In lieu of wreaths, donations will be made to the "Little Heroes" Associations - children with cancer and the Anti-Leukemia Association Zoi.
The family will not accept condolences.
