The hotel employee in Protaras was sentenced to 4 months imprisonment without suspension, regarding the case of the killing of the dog Billy.
It is recalled that the Supreme Court found the employee guilty of "abuse, neglect and unnecessary overwork" of the little dog Billy, in violation of Article 5 (1) of the legislation on protection and welfare of animals, overturning the acquittal of the District Court.
