The fire that broke out in the community of Xylofagou at 12:30 this morning was brought under control.
The fire burned a total of 1,5 hectares of dry grass and wild vegetation, deciduous trees and a number of trees.

4 vehicles of the Fire Service responded, 2 vehicles from the Department of Forests, 2 vehicles of the British Bases and two aircraft of the Department of Forests.
