The implementation of urban projects in the Municipality of Paralimni and the Local Plan of Paralimni, Agia Napa and Deryneia were discussed by the Minister of Interior Konstantinos Ioannou with the Mayor, Theodoros Pyrillis, and members of the Municipal Council.
In an announcement by the Ministry of the Interior, it is stated that the Minister Konstantinos Ioannou met today with the Mayor of Paralimni Theodoros Pyrillis and members of the Municipal Council with whom he discussed the course of implementation of urban planning projects within the municipal limits of the Municipality of Paralimni. The Local Plan of Paralimni, Ayia Napa and Deryneia was also discussed.
Specifically, as noted, the Minister "informed the Mayor about the completion in early 2024 of the project to improve Kappari Avenue in Paralimni, as well as about the progress of the construction works for the creation of two small squares as part of the Avenue improvement project Pernera. In addition, the promotion of urban planning projects that are currently under study was discussed."
It is also reported that "Konstantinos Ioannou also had the opportunity to inform the representatives of the Municipality of Paralimni about the developments in relation to the Local Plan, for which an opinion is expected from the Environmental Authority".
