The total number of newly registered vehicles decreased by 31,9% in the first nine months of 2013 and reached 14.035, compared to 20.608 in the same period of 2012. Registrations of private saloon cars decreased by 34,6% and reached 9.999, compared to 15.300 in the first nine months of 2012. Of the total saloon private cars, 4.642 or 46,4% were new and 5.357 or 53,6% were used cars.

Registrations of commercial and truck cars reached 1.252 in 2013, compared to 1.971 in 2012, a decrease of 36,5%.

Light trucks fell by 35,8% to 1.040, from 1.619 in 2012.

Heavy trucks fell 30,9% to 161 in the first nine months of 2013, from 233 in 2012.

Road Tractors (trailers) decreased by 57,1% to 51 in the period January-September 2013, from 119 in the period January-September 2012.
