"I also saw another person holding his right side from where blood was running to the exit of the restaurant," he said, adding that he did not see his face, nor did he know who he was.

Mr. Sophocles read in the Court the forensic medical reports that he prepared for the injured MMAD police officer George Charalambous and for Skevi Hadjiefthymiou and Yani Vogli, at whom he performed an autopsy.

Regarding Giorgos Charalambous, the medical examiner said that he examined him at the General Hospital of Nicosia on 30/6/2016 and had, among other things, bruising of the right and left orbit, two injuries on the dorsal surface of the left arm, two injuries on the anterior region of the left forearm. , abrasion in the left lateral thoracic region and surgical incision sutured in the right anterior part of the knee with extension to the right lower thigh.

 Regarding the autopsy of Hadjiefthymiou, Mr. Sophocleous said that it was performed at the General Hospital of Nicosia on 24/6/2016 and brought an entry wound from the right eye and an exit wound in the left temple. He added that the cause of death of the Utensil was a severe head injury caused by a firearm, that the wound he sustained was transparent, that is, he had an entrance and an exit and that the clothes he was wearing that night were very bloody.

 For Yani Vogli, the medical examiner said that he performed an autopsy on his body at the General Hospital of Nicosia on 24/6/2016, that he had an entry wound in the right lower back and an exit wound in the left chest at the height of the nipple. He also stated that the deceased had a ruptured heart and lung from the bullet he received and that the cause of death was internal bleeding caused by a firearm. According to Mr. Sophocles, Vogli suffered a through wound, ie the bullet entered at points below the right shoulder and came out of the left thoracic region under the nipple.

The medical examiner identified from photos the place where the bodies of the victims were during the autopsy that was carried out in the restaurant where the murders were committed. He also explained to the Court from photographs the injuries inflicted by police officer George Charalambous and the procedure followed at various stages of the autopsy he performed on the bodies of 39-year-old Skevi Hatziefthymiou and Yani Vogli.

For Yani Vogli, the medical examiner said that he was wearing two black hoods and two pairs of gloves, one plastic and one black and that he had lost a lot of blood.

He added that the items found on his clothes included his Albanian passport and identity card, a wallet, a Virgin Mary, three rosaries, a gold chain, a wooden cross, a piece of silver paper with cotton inside (possibly oil), balls and a stuffing box. weapon.
