Katina reveals:

And after you ate the Christmas oyster, my dear readers, you digested some of the festive crap, Katina is with you again to whisper to you all the spicy couscous of Sotira and the surrounding area, what we see and what we hear…

The "Café Talks", as our Sunday column is called, has a lot to tell you this Sunday as well.

The businessman and the caviar:
We met, as you say, at one of the many tables of the day in Sotira. We saw there many well-known secular and secular people of Sotira, businessmen, village celebrities and so on. All the lights, however, were stolen by a well-known businessman from Sotira, who maintains a recreation center in a tourist area of our province. This particular gentleman - we do not say names - wanting to show his financial comfort, ate caviar with champagne. The best part of the whole scene, however, was that he took the admittedly expensive caviar and spread it with a knife on a slice of "sparkling" bread and ate it like we eat butter with jam !!

The Municipal Council offers to the poor:
The joy of the holidays was a news item that we read in all the newspapers last week, which said that the Sotiras Municipal Council in a recent session unanimously decided to cut a total of 2 thousand euros from the body salary which will be allocated to needy families of the Savior. An admittedly commendable decision that will alleviate a little the pain of the needy families of the Savior, which reaches the number of 75!

Photo of the day:
The following photo was sent to us by a friend from the capital of Kokkinochoria. It does not come from the Savior, but it is something we could find in any house in our village. Enjoy it responsibly !!!
