Unbelievable and yet… royal. Queen Elizabeth of England may have many quirks. One of the ones that makes an impression, however, is the peculiarity of her diet.

According to Harper's Bazaar, royal chef Darren McGrady, who has been cooking for the Queen for 15 years, has said he does not eat spaghetti, potatoes or garlic unless served at a formal meal.

Instead, her daily diet focuses on specific dishes, such as grilled fish or chicken with two types of vegetables.

He also enjoys large bowls of salad and fresh fruit. And since we are talking about fruit, Queen Elizabeth has a special way of eating bananas. "He cuts the bottom and then cuts it and then sits it in small pieces and eats it with a fork," says McGrady.

As for the garlic, he said that the queen asks the chefs not to serve anything that has garlic or a lot of onion. "Besides, we could not serve rare cooked meat, as she liked her well-cooked meat," he said.

As for the guilty pleasures of the queen, she loves chocolate cake, cookie so much that whenever she travels she has it with her and can eat it all little by little. In short, the queen is like all of us!
