The summer:
We'll go to the sea. However, there are many options for the sea in our area, so you choose and take.
Initially we will lose weight by waking up in the morning and evening in gyms, with the well-known excuse "I will appear on the beach", but until August comes we will put them back on with the above.

We will complain about the heat
