Epiphany in the occupied Holy Trinity

In the occupied Holy Trinity in Karpasia, the celebration of the Epiphany will take place this year.

A written announcement of the organizers states that from 7 to ten in the morning of January 6, the celebration of the Epiphany will be held in the occupied Holy Trinity, headed by the Bishop of Karpasia Christoforos. After the end of the Divine Liturgy, the established sanctification of the waters will take place in the creek located opposite the ancient church of Agios Thyrsos in Gialousa.

There will be buses to transport the faithful to the occupied Holy Trinity with the ticket amounting to 15 euros, with a pilgrimage to the Holy Monastery of Apostolos Andreas.

From Limassol the buses will depart from Avdimou from the Holy Temple of the Savior at 05.00 in the morning, from Kolossi from the village square at 05.15 and from the parking lot of the Holy Temple of Agios Georgios Havouzas at 05.45 in the morning.

From Nicosia the buses will depart at 06.15 in the morning from the parking lot opposite the Holy Temple of the Apostle Barnabas of Dasoupolis.

From Larnaca the buses will depart at 06.30 in the morning from the parking lot in front of the cemetery of Agios Georgios Kontos and from the kiosk at the Kellia flyover.

From the free Province of Famagusta the buses will depart from the Vrysoullon Roadblock at seven in the morning.
