Vegetable burgers without oil

to 7289Delicious vegetable burgers without any oil. Easy, fast, healthy and ideal for the fast of Holy Week. We tried them and they are exquisite and that is why we highly recommend them σας

What we need:
4 potatoes
3 carrots
2 onions
a little mint
pepper
salt
cumin
breadcrumbs

How do we do it:
Boil the potatoes and carrots until soft and melt with a fork.
Put salt and pepper in the water.
Beat them in the multi blender together with the spices and a little breadcrumbs.
After the mixture has cooled (out of the fridge), shape meatballs with our hands and pass them through the toast again.
Put them on non-stick paper in the pan and in the oven on the grill at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

A few more secrets
To our mixture you can add a few grated walnuts. They fit perfectly.
