The Unified All-Day Third Primary School Sotira has upgraded its kitchen.
According to an announcement, the Advisory Committee of the DG Primary School Sotiras (Unified All-Day) informs the public that, during this school year, despite the termination of the assistance of SOFIA FOUNDATION, it proceeded to a complete upgrade of the school kitchen with the ultimate goal of the best possible quality of the food offered.
Specifically, the announcement continues, it has hired Mr. Xenis Motis, (executive chef) professional cook with many years of experience in high level hotels, who in collaboration with the Advisory Committee, has made changes in the diet of students, enriching it with new foods always giving priority to healthy eating.
In addition, according to the announcement, for the better operation of the kitchen, two unemployed mothers work as assistants, offering their services daily, effectively contributing to the success of the whole effort.
Finally, it is mentioned, the kitchen of the school, in addition to the needs of the students of DG Primary School Sotiras, also covers the needs of the Public Kindergarten, preparing food, at a low cost, for the children who attend until the afternoon.
