The written letter of Akis Tsochatzopoulos:
"In front of the polls where the Greek citizens are now, they demand truth, honesty, light everywhere and for everyone, self-criticism and taking responsibility from everyone for their attitude and work so far.
So, I ask again today: Do the current leaderships of the two parties PASOK and ND accept that the practices of "cannibalism" and extermination, politically, socially, morally, and even biologically, of the party opponents, continue and extend?
I am sure again that everyone will unequivocally condemn such practices. In practice, however, they did more, as Justice revealed to them in the final decision of the Judicial Council of the Supreme Special Court in August 2011, when it declared inadmissible and non-existent the prosecution of the Parliament for passive bribery against me. When, with their internal party majorities, PASOK and ND jointly manipulated almost the entire Parliament. So in practice they are promoting an unprecedented political persecution with a legal cloak, which is typically aimed at me, but in fact turns into victims all members of my family, even minor children.
Yesterday's arbitrary imposition by the Investigator and the Prosecutor, of temporary detention on my wife V. Tsochatzopoulou, was done in complete disregard of the terms provided by the Code of Criminal Procedure, but also without any proof or indication against her. She was completely ignored by the fact that she is the legal owner of our apartment, which was acquired on completely transparent terms, with a bank loan of 850.000 euros - with me as a guarantor in the bank loan agreements, as well as in the mortgages registered in the mortgage office - and in the mortgage of the remaining price of 450.000 euros, -exclusively from own resources covered by the income of all previous years, as declared in our tax returns-, during the three years 2006-2009 to the workshops that completed the construction of the house.
Beyond that, however, it has nothing to do with any other, administrative, political, economic, technical issue that the Court examines in the context of its investigation. The only one for which she has the ultimate responsibility, is to raise our 5,5 year old child, as well as to support her home and family.
Apart from the final legal judgment of the Judicial Council of AED, and in practice, as confirmed by the auditing authorities of SDOE and Justice in Parliament, there is no connection either with bribes or with "money laundering". Thus, by applying the theory of "family responsibility" in practice, the "temporary detention operation" evolves. After I stayed on Holy Week, my daughter Areti, mother of three minor children, the day before yesterday, with the unacceptable temporary detention of my wife, yesterday, -regarding that this leaves our 5,5-year-old child alone-, is completed the extermination plan that leads to the dissolution of my family.
