The Municipality of Famagusta supports the efforts of the President of the Republic and his negotiating team in Crans Montana, Switzerland for the justification of the Cypriot Hellenism, liberation and reunification of our country, in a solution that will provide the right of all refugees to return to their property and the exercise of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms on the basis of the Charter and the resolutions of the Security Council and the UN General Assembly, as well as the European acquis.
In this context, according to a statement, the Municipality of Famagusta calls on the refugee world to be actively present at the events in support of the talks, which aim at a fair and sustainable solution to the Cyprus problem as soon as possible.
