His minor niece was allegedly sexually abused by a 50-year-old man in an area of eastern Thessaloniki. The case began to be investigated after the minor complained to the Thessaloniki Department for the Protection of Minors.
According to what the 17-year-old (today) complainant testified, the acts against her were committed in the period from 2013 to 2019. A case was filed against the 50-year-old for rape, abuse of minors in sexual misconduct and sexual acts, with the victim not having completed at the time of the commission of the offenses 12 years of age.
The case file will be submitted to the competent Prosecutor's Office.
