An unbelievable complaint was made by a woman last Monday at the Peristeri police station in Greece.
It all started when her fanatical anti-vaccine husband hit her because, when he tested positive for self, she asked him to leave the house.
His wife sued him for injuries, insults and threats, after being beaten.
The reason, as she mentioned, was that she asked him to leave the house after a positive self test so that she and their child would not get stuck, but he reacted violently.
"I was afraid I and the child would get stuck. I asked him to leave the house. He started hitting me on the stomach and face. I cried for help in order to escape ", said the woman in her deposition according to the Star.
According to the husband's lawyer, the 46-year-old grabbed the woman by the arms and did not hit her.
The 46-year-old appeared at the police station after the car expired and is waiting for the decision of the authorities on whether a regular trial or a preliminary examination will be appointed.
The man was a fanatic vaccine and the quarrels with his wife were constant. She was vaccinated and he refused. However, he was finally vaccinated a few days ago, his lawyer said, revealing that the couple does not live together.
