An immigrant who was staying in a hotel in Thessaloniki was found to be positive for the coronavirus, as a result of which both the employees and the residents of the hotel have been quarantined for 14 days since Saturday morning.
Since Saturday morning, police have been outside the building to monitor quarantine, barring anyone from entering or leaving.
The hotel has recently been used as a residence for immigrants and refugees who had various underlying diseases and is expected to be removed from the accommodation structures.
