Nicosia reacted with NOTAM A0016 / 17 stating that according to "information the Turkish air force will conduct exercises within the Nicosia FIR.
The exercise has not been coordinated with the Cypriot Authorities, which are solely responsible for issuing updates on the Nicosia FIR, and calls on all pilots to be vigilant and to be in constant contact through the NICOSIA ACC radio frequencies.
