A doctor in Germany, who killed his shoulder by secretly putting cocaine in his penis before the oral sex he had planned, will pay for his sex toys with nine years in prison.
Dr. Andreas David Niederbichler was found guilty of grievous bodily harm which led to the death of a 38-year-old woman, who according to the necropsy died of a cocaine overdose.
The woman who became known only as Yvonne M. was a hairdresser. Last February, he was at the home of the 43-year-old doctor, not knowing that he had put cocaine in his genitals. Friends of Yvonne said she had been in a relationship "for a long time" with the surgeon and "trusted him completely". "She wanted to leave her husband for Dr Niederbichler," said one.
In his testimony, the 43-year-old claimed that he did not intend to kill the woman, adding that he wants to voluntarily deal with his drug addiction.
The court convicted the 43-year-old doctor after evidence that he also put cocaine in the foreskin, the part of the skin that covers the glans penis, before having vaginal, ejaculatory and oral sex with three other women between September 2015 and February 2018.
Prosecutors also added that Niederbichler also poured cocaine into women's drinks in an effort to make them more receptive to his sexual desires.
According to reports, one of his companions crashed her car without knowing that he had previously taken the drug and another woman fainted, and since then she has been suffering from nervous spasms. Dr. Andreas David Niederbichler was chief physician at the Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Halberstadt.
