His 27-year-old partner is fighting for his life
A 33-year-old U.S. Army veteran believed to be suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) committed suicide on a live Facebook broadcast after first killing his five-year-old boy and seriously injuring his partner.
Jovonie Mclendon Jr. shot himself in the head on Feb. 3, having previously called relatives, informing them that he had killed his wife and child, and that he intended to commit suicide.
Terrified, the 33-year-old's mother called the Police, who unfortunately arrived home too late to save the boy's life.
The 27-year-old partner of the pedophile and suicide is being treated in critical condition.
Shortly before committing suicide live on Facebook, the American veteran, who spent 3,5 years away from his homeland serving in various war zones, had spoken to police explaining that he felt exhausted and that "Very sorry".
"It was a very difficult day κα I was glad to meet you", the 33-year-old is heard to say in the live broadcast before pulling the trigger on his gun.
