The clever movement of a 10-year-old girl but also the composure she showed in front of her would-be kidnapper seem to have saved her life.
The girl was walking with a friend, around 4 pm, in a park in Arizona, in the San Tan Valley, in the southeastern state of Phoenix, when, according to the authorities, a man in a white SUV approached them.
The man told the girl that her brother had a very serious accident and get in the car immediately to go to the spot.
The little one calmly asked the man to say the "slogan" and then the man disappeared.
This is a trick that her mom thought a few months ago in case a stranger approached her child to confirm that he is known to the family and as it turned out it turned out to be a savior.
The girl's mother expressed her relief but also her pride for her daughter who remembered it and who worked so coolly and maturely in such an occasion.
The man, around 40, is wanted by the authorities.
