A horrific incident has gripped the closed circuit television when a drunken ex-soldier returns to the club to seek revenge on the two bravos.
20-year-old Shailem Dodson from Dorset, England, was expelled from a Bournemouth club for harassing two girls.
He returned to the scene to step on the two porters in his black Corsa, although the court recently acquitted him of attempted murder included in the indictment.
He was convicted of assault, drunk driving and dangerous driving, but avoiding the worst. He was released on bail pending hearing his sentence sometime in January.
The lawyer of the porter Rafael Zanin, who was dragged by the perpetrator in his car, stated that he did not believe his ears when the verdict was issued, as he believes that his client was indeed the victim of an assassination attempt.
The court heard that Dodson had hit the other goalkeeper, Darren Peterson, before they nailed him to the ground and threatened to come back to kill them! The perpetrator "used his car as a weapon" in a "revenge attack", the prosecutor said characteristically, but the young man fell softly.
