At the same time, a Tesla shareholder sued the electric vehicle maker over Elon Musk's tweets about the sale of 10% of his shares.
According to Bloomberg, the lawsuit was filed by investor David Wagner in Delaware.
In his appeal, he asks for an investigation into whether Musk continues to tweet in violation of the 2019 agreement, which requires any communication about Tesla via social media to be pre-approved by a lawyer. Musk asked Twitter on November 6 to decide whether to sell 10% of its shares.
