Maxim Sagalakov fell victim to the sick mood of his grandparents as his mother, Viktoria, decided to leave him there to do some work.
When she returned home she found the child burned in the oven and her own father drunk explaining to her why she had killed Maxim: Because γε she was crying!
Alexander Migyagasheva, in the Russian province of Khakassia, admitted to killing the child but told the court "he did not stop crying and was very upset with my wife."
The unfortunate Maxim had burns on his body, while his death came from suffocation, a few seconds after his grandfather himself started baking him (!).
