Tenor Stephan Senesal gives daily concerts from the balcony of his home in Paris, wanting to revive the morale of his neighbors, in the face of the new coronavirus epidemic and the traffic ban imposed by the authorities to stop it.

Every afternoon, at 7 a.m., Senesal opens his windows and sings classical songs, with his neighbors forced to stay inside due to traffic restrictions imposed by the government two weeks ago.

"I am not a doctor. I am not a hero. "I am not a member of a personal hospital. The only thing I know how to do is sing, try to bring some joy," the opera singer told Reuters TV. The 43-year-old has been doing this since the restrictive measures came into force on March 17th.

He notes that he was looking for a way to entertain and encourage his fellow citizens. Most of them are elderly. Yesterday, Senesal sang the hit "Somewhere" from the musical "West Side Story".

He dedicated this interpretation to health professionals around the world who are on the front lines of the battle, in this "war", as President Emanuel Macron called the crisis.
