A tanker carrying twelve tonnes of hot, liquid… chocolate capsized on a Polish highway, turning the asphalt into a brown, sweet river.

POLAND CHOCOLATE ACCIDENT

Before the authorities could stop the traffic on the highway, the chocolate that was poured on the road reached a distance of many kilometers, from the wheels of the other cars.

street cleaning, with brooms but also mechanical means, may take many hours because in the meantime the chocolate has cooled and hardened. The fire department plans to use high-pressure hot water cleaners to solve the problem, said one of its representatives, Bogdan Kowalski.

"Chocolate that hardens is worse than snow," he told private TV channel TVN 24. The driver of the vehicle broke his arm and was taken to hospital.
