The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Theresa May has ruled out a second referendum on her country's membership in the European Union, stressing that there is no turning back in the June 2016 referendum.
"We are leaving the European Union and there is no question of a second referendum or a return and I think that is important," May said today during the 54th Munich Security Conference.
"People in the United Kingdom are very much in agreement that if we make a decision, then governments should not change their minds and say no, you are wrong," said Theresa May when asked if Britain would consider holding a second referendum.
