22 women were acquitted by a US court after they were forced to participate in the shooting of a porn movie. The court ruled that the women had been deceived in order to play in these videos.

San Diego Supreme Court Justice Kevin Enright, following a four-month trial, ruled in favor of the 22 plaintiffs and 13 defendants, according to a Los Angeles Times report.

Enright ruled that all defendants were liable, as they operated as a single business entity. So it decided to give women $ 9,45 million collectively in compensation and $ 3,3 million in criminal compensation.

According to CNN, according to court documents, the defendants, including the owners of the site and the protagonist, had a specific tactic to force the girls to participate in these films. This is because according to what was heard in court, these women did not want to star in porn movies, a fact that the defendants knew.

These models were mostly female students who accepted the defendants' invitation to film porn videos because they needed the money. As soon as she made an appointment with the candidate, she was alone in a hotel room with two men with the aim of making porn videos, of course.

In fact, before the shooting, every woman was forced to sign the documents without reading them and the fee was given after the owners had the visual material in their hands.

The defendants assured them that these videos would not be published on the internet, deceiving them. However, acquaintances of the models who saw them on the internet hurried to notify them and they in turn proceeded to file a complaint.
