North Korea is blowing up four of its largest test facilities and the full denuclearization process has already begun, US President Donald Trump said at a White House meeting.
"They stopped rocket launches, including ballistic missiles. They destroy machine-building facilities. They blow them up. "One of the largest test facilities is already being blown up, in fact it is 4 of the largest test facilities. And the most important thing is that there will be a complete denuclearization, which has already begun."
Asked if North Korea had taken concrete steps to denuclearize after the historic Trump-Kim summit on June 12, Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis said:
"It simply came to our notice then. That is, obviously, this is the beginning of a process. Detailed negotiations have not started. "I would not expect that at this stage."
