The Athens Prosecutor's Office will investigate the exact circumstances under which Konstantinos Katsifas died in Vouliarates, Albania.
The case file was forwarded by the Ioannina Court of First Instance in Athens, which reportedly contained reports, statements from relatives of the 35-year-old, and the identity of the victim, who turned out to be a Greek citizen.
The case is coming to Athens due to competence as it concerns a Greek citizen for a crime that has been committed abroad and even a crime.
