Fears for trapped people
Part of a university building in St. Petersburg, Russia, collapsed recently, according to Russian media, stating that several floors of the building collapsed.
There are fears of people being trapped in the wreckage, according to eyewitnesses. RIA Novosti speaks of 21 trapped.
According to Russia Today, the incident took place at the University of Technology, Engineering and Optics (ITMO) in St. Petersburg, while classes were being held.
At least 60 people fled the building after the collapse, according to a source quoted by TASS.
