A video showing a man hanging from a US Black Hawk helicopter during a "patrol" in the city of Kandahar has gone viral on the internet.
Footage released by the Talib Times on Sunday, a Twitter account reportedly the official source of news for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, shows a man hanging from a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter.
"Our Air Force! "Right now, helicopters of the Islamic Emirate Air Force are flying over the city of Kandahar and patrolling the city," the caption read.
The video, which has not been verified by other independent sources, was shared by many other social media users.
Some media outlets report that the man is believed to have worked as an interpreter for the US, while others speak of being a Taliban member and a demonstration in the evacuation operation. In particular, he was trying to put a Taliban flag on a building
