The British government has set a goal of abolishing the ten-day house arrest requirement for British travelers returning from the orange list countries if they have been fully vaccinated against coronavirus from 26 July.

It will be the first week of school holidays in Britain, which will allow family vacations for Britons in the "orange" popular European destinations. According to a government source in the newspaper, "the emphasis is on Europe".

According to the report, the lifting of quarantine will initially affect UK residents enrolled in the NHS national health system, but will be extended to all citizens of EU member states.

At the same time, the Times reports that London and Brussels are close to an agreement on mutual recognition of Covid vaccination certificates. This means that the British authorities will accept the digital green card of the Europeans and the European authorities the implementation of the NHS health system which states the vaccination regime of every resident of the United Kingdom.
