The account of 36-year-old Robert Williams and 35-year-old Tiffany Williams on May 31 was mistakenly disbursed to the specific amount intended for a business.

Instead of informing the bank, the couple decided to spend the money by buying an SUV, a trailer, paying bills and giving money to a friend in need.

However, the mistake was soon realized by the bank. An employee called the 35-year-old informing her that she would have to return the money.

Tiffany Williams said she has spent most of her money shopping with her husband and will need to talk to him to find a way to get it back.

The bank clerk tried several times to contact the couple again but this was not possible, as neither of them answered his calls.

The couple was arrested and interrogated separately. They both admitted that the amount they abused did not belong to them, however they spent it.

They appeared in court on $ 25.000 bail each in order to be released pending a court ruling.
