The incident happened to Tower of London, where a group of tourists had gathered to take pictures of the queen's guards.
"We know of an incident that took place in the Tower of London during a routine patrol by the Royal Guard. The members of the guard warned the public that a procession was approaching but the child unfortunately entered the path of the guard, who tried to pass over him and continued his path, as his duty protects. "The guard later spoke to the child and confirmed that he was in good health," a defense ministry spokesman told the Daily Mail.
