The shocking images that have made the rounds of the world shows the woman hitting the horse in the face and kicking it in the neck during a hunting event.
The video was originally shared by the Hertfordshire Hunt Saboteurs campaign team, while An investigation has been launched into the incident by the RSPCA for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, after the international outcry.
The rider pulls the white horse from a vehicle in which he is and hits him in the face. He then grabs it by his leash and starts kicking it in the neck and hitting it repeatedly in the face.
"These plans are disgusting. "Any allegations of animal abuse will be heard," RSPCA said in a statement following the international outcry.
