Enrollment, Training Centers

Registrations at the Training Centers of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth have begun and will continue until September 18, 2019, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Education.

The courses are expected to start around the middle of October 2019. The public is invited to be informed about it from the website of the Training Centers www.moec.gov.cy/epimorfotika. The Ministry notes that the registration statements in the various topics offered will be made only electronically through the above website. Information triptych is expected to be distributed through students / three of all Primary, Secondary General and Secondary Technical and Vocational Education Schools.

Tuition is set at € 55,00 for both the city and the countryside, for all subjects. Members who will attend classes both in the city and in the countryside and were born before October 31, 1954 will pay half the tuition (€ 27,50). In communities with a population of less than 500 inhabitants, tuition fees are set at € 27,50 and for people born before October 31, 1954 at € 13.75.

As mentioned in the announcement, the Training Centers of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth are the largest Adult Training program and are addressed to all residents of Cyprus, aged 15 and over. Due to the quality of the work, the variety of subjects and the low tuition, the program has been warmly embraced by the general public of Cyprus. More than 25000 people annually participate in the issues of the Training Centers.

The courses are offered in 25 meetings a year, once a week, lasting 90 minutes. Each person can attend as many topics as they wish, filling out a separate statement for each topic. Adult Training Centers operate both in cities and in the countryside, during the morning, afternoon and evening hours, in public school buildings or in other suitable places.
