The network of Cytamobile-Vodafone was declared for the third consecutive year as the fastest mobile network, but also as the network with the best coverage in Cyprus, an award that is awarded for the first time to a network in our country. According to the data of OOKLA evaluations resulting from thousands of measurements carried out during the period January - June 2019, the mobile network of Cytamobile-Vodafone is the fastest in Cyprus, in every technology from 2G up to 4.5G. Based on the measurements carried out in Cyprus, the average speed (upload & download speed) of Cytamobile-Vodafone customers amounts to 43.20 Mbps, compared to 33.21Mbps and 19.15Mbps of other networks.
In terms of coverage, OOKLA measurements confirm that the pan-Cypriot availability of the Cytamobile-Vodafone network covers 99.7% of Cyprus, with 4G / 4,5G availability amounting to 84.5%.
