Karousos appeal for non-profit offer to all humanitarian organizations

An appeal to all to offer non-profit moral and material to all humanitarian organizations, since, in this way, the reciprocity of their services is many times more beneficial for all, addressed the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works Giannis Karousos at the Press Conference held with on the occasion of the circulation of the commemorative stamp "50 years of the Cyprus Cancer Association".

According to the GTP, Mr. Karousos added that the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works will be a supporter, within the capabilities of the state, in what facilitates and upgrades the services provided by the Cyprus Cancer Association.

He added that the Cyprus Cancer Association is rightly one of the most active and active humanitarian organizations in Cyprus, since within 50 years of its existence it has managed to offer excellent services and support to the vulnerable group of cancer patients and their families, according to international standards.

He also pointed out that the Cyprus Post, Department of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, wanting to honor the Association and the glorious work it carries out, gladly accepted his suggestion for the circulation of a commemorative stamp on the 50th anniversary of its founding.

He added that the circulation of such commemorative stamps aims to raise awareness and spread the message of humanity and compassion among members of our society, virtues which are practiced on a daily basis by the Cyprus Cancer Association.
