A fire west of Kathika Community of Paphos Province broke out early on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Representative of the Fire Brigade, the Force responded with 3 fire trucks from Paphos Rural Fire Stations as well as with the 2 leased firefighting helicopters.
The fire is in a ravine in an inaccessible area in dry grass and wild vegetation. It is clarified that the fire is in the business responsibility of the Department of Forests, says Andreas Kettis.
