The process by which the appointments for the vaccination will be arranged was presented today 4/1.
The presentation was made by the Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, while relevant details will be given by Olga Kalakouta, Deputy Director of Medical Services and Public Health Services.
The Digital Vaccination Portal has a philosophy of managing - monitoring and recording the implementation of a program chain from the order stage to consumption.
After an appointment, the vaccination will take place in Cyprus. Appointments start tomorrow, January 5th. The vaccination portal is three months old

The vaccination process
"We have the ability to use 38 primary care centers of OKYPY. They will work only by appointment and there will be 120-150 vaccinations per day ". The maximum number is 300 per day according to Ms. Kalakouta.
Now the vaccination of people over 80 starts and people over 75 will follow.
Population groups
For people over 16 priority will be given to people at high risk with underlying diseases, appointment appointments and spaces will be available depending on available vaccines. Upon receipt of vaccines, the Ministry will announce how many vaccines will be available and through the platform the interested party will see the availability.
