"The Commission has studied the information sent to it by UEFA regarding this match and has concluded that this dossier contains complete information which would make any further investigation by the Commission irrelevant.
For this reason, the Commission decided that, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, it should send the file to the Attorney General of the Republic for its own actions, if it ascertains the possibility of committing criminal offenses. At the same time, however, it is pointed out that some of the elements included in the file may not be an acceptable testimony before the Court, but it is expected that the matter will be handled accordingly by the investigating authorities ".
